In a small condo, maximizing space and functionality is crucial. We employed several design strategies to achieve this.

Firstly, we utilized multifunctional furniture pieces that serve dual purposes. For example, a sofa that can be converted into a guest bed and a dining table with built-in storage.

Secondly, we incorporated ample storage solutions to keep the space organized and clutter-free. This included custom-built cabinets, floating shelves, and hidden storage compartments.

The Power of Lighting

Lighting plays a crucial role in any design project, and this condo transformation was no exception.

We incorporated a combination of natural and artificial lighting to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Large windows were dressed with sheer curtains to allow natural light to flood the space during the day.

For artificial lighting, we installed a mix of recessed lights, pendant lights, and wall sconces. These different layers of lighting not only provide functionality but also add depth and ambiance to the space.
