Baking the Parcels to Perfection

Now that we have our parcels ready, it's time to bake them to perfection. Preheat your oven to 180°C/350°F/gas 4 and place the parcels on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake the parcels for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. The filo pastry should be flaky and the prawns cooked through.

Once the parcels are out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes before serving. These parcels are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven, when the pastry is still crispy and the flavors are at their peak.
