Taking the Clamshell Exercise to the Next Level

I'm excited to kick off today's tutorial with one of my favorite moves - the Clamshell Kick! This exercise is a fantastic way to target and strengthen your glutes.

Firstly, I'm going to plunge into the basic version of the Clamshell exercise. Lie on your side with your knees bent and your feet together. Keeping your feet touching, open your knees as far as you comfortably can, then close them back together. Repeat this movement for a set number of repetitions.

Now, let's take it up a notch. To add some resistance and activate your glutes even more, you can use a resistance band around your thighs. This will make the exercise more challenging and help you build strength in your glute muscles.

Remember to maintain proper form throughout the exercise. Keep your core engaged, your hips stable, and focus on using your glutes to perform the movement.

Incorporating the Clamshell Kick into your fitness routine can help you sculpt and tone your glutes. It's a great exercise to include in any lower body workout or glute-focused routine.
