Double Hammy Curls: The Glute Challenge

Let's dive into today's glute challenge: the Double Hammy Curls! This exercise specifically targets the hamstrings and glutes, giving them a fantastic burn while also engaging your core. It's a dynamic movement that will challenge your strength, stability, and coordination.

To perform the Double Hammy Curls, you'll need a resistance band. If you don't have one, you can improvise with a pair of dumbbells or even a towel. Here's how you do it:

1. Start by placing the resistance band just above your knees.
