Join me and Rebecca Louise as we take on the 100 Ab Challenge. Get ready for a core workout like no other!
,,Welcome to Day 21 of the 100 Ab Challenge! Today, I am joined by the amazing Rebecca Louise as we tackle a challenging core exercise.
The move we will be doing is called the Sprinter, and it targets the entire core. It's a challenging exercise, but I know we can do it!
To perform the Sprinter, start by extending your arms out in front of you. Then, bring your opposite knee to opposite elbow while drawing the other knee back. Alternate sides and repeat.
If you find the full sit-up too challenging, you can modify the exercise by doing a crunch instead. The most important thing is to listen to your body and do what feels right for you.
Remember, the goal of the 100 Ab Challenge is to complete 100 reps of each exercise. If you need to break it up into smaller sets, that's okay. The important thing is to get in your 100 reps for the day.
