The Star Ab Exercise

Let's dive into the star ab exercise, which is the focus of today's challenge. This move targets your core muscles and will leave you feeling the burn.

To perform the star ab, start by lying on your back with your arms and legs extended. Open your arms and legs out wide, forming a star shape. Then, squeeze your abs and lift your upper body off the ground, bringing your knees towards your chest. This completes one rep.

If the star ab is too challenging, you can modify it by bringing your knees into your chest while keeping your arms and legs extended out in a star shape. This variation still engages your core muscles and provides a great workout.

Taking on the 100 Star Abs Challenge

Now that you know how to perform the star ab exercise, it's time to take on the 100 Star Abs Challenge. Kenta and I are going to do 100 reps of this challenging move, and we invite you to join us!

Remember to focus on your form and engage your core muscles throughout the entire challenge. Take breaks if needed, but try to push yourself to complete all 100 reps. You'll feel a sense of accomplishment and a burn in your abs like never before!
