Tips for a Successful Long Bridge

Firstly, I'm going to plunge into the technique for performing a perfect Long Bridge. Start by lying flat on your back with your knees bent and your feet hip-width apart. Engage your core and lift your hips towards the ceiling, creating a straight line from your knees to your shoulders. Hold for a few seconds and then slowly lower back down.

To maximize the effectiveness of the Long Bridge, make sure to squeeze your glutes at the top of the movement. You can also try adding resistance bands or weights to intensify the exercise.

Remember to breathe throughout the exercise and maintain proper form. If you experience any discomfort or pain, modify the movement or consult with a fitness professional.
