It's hard to believe that it's been 10 years since I uploaded my first post to YouTube. Back in 2009, I started Blogilates as a way to share workout routines with my pilates students. Little did I know that it would grow into a thriving online fitness community!

From the very beginning, my goal was to inspire and motivate others to live a healthy and active life. I wanted to create a space where people could come together, support each other, and achieve their fitness goals. That's exactly what Blogilates has become.

Over the past decade, I've witnessed countless transformations - not just physical, but mental and emotional as well. The power of fitness and self-care is truly remarkable, and I'm honored to be a part of so many incredible journeys.

The Blogilates Philosophy
