Bicep Exercise and Cardio Interval

In this workout, we'll be focusing on bicep exercises and cardio intervals. Each exercise will be 30 seconds long, and we'll be moving quickly from one exercise to the next.

All you'll need for this workout is a dumbbell. We'll be doing one round of all these exercises, with minimal rest in between. Let's get started with our first exercise, the regular bicep curls.

After the bicep exercises, we'll move on to jumping jacks and extended pulses. These exercises will keep your heart rate up and work your biceps and triceps.
