Revitalizing the Space

The 20-year-old bungalow was in need of a major facelift. The homeowners, Margaret and Jeff, sought to modernize their home, and that's where we came in. The space was initially cut off and traditional, but we completely revitalized it, giving it the modern touch they craved.

Working with Foxwood Custom Homes, we focused on creating a streamlined, crisp, and modern look. The open-concept layout and vaulted ceilings added a touch of modernity to the space, creating a wow factor.

Modern Design Elements

In the kitchen, we opted for a light, engineered hardwood to brighten up the space. The addition of two 8-foot islands, one with a butcher block and the other with a concrete slab, added a modern and transitional touch to the kitchen.

The choice of Cambria Britannica for the backsplash and the use of krypton fabric for the sectional in the living room added both luxury and practicality to the space.

Personalized Spaces

Each room was designed to reflect the personalities of the family members. Lakin's bedroom features a beautiful peach duvet cover, while Paige's room exudes a New York City chic vibe with minimalistic design elements.
