Deutsch

Discover a fast and effective bathroom cleaning routine that takes only 5 minutes. Cleaning expert Melissa Maker shares her expert tips and tricks to help you keep your bathroom sparkling clean in no time.

,,
Start with a Quick Declutter

Begin by decluttering your bathroom countertops. Remove any items that don't belong in the bathroom and put them back in their designated places. This will create an organized and clean space to work with.

Next, quickly wipe down the countertops with a multipurpose cleaner and a microfiber cloth. Focus on any visible stains or spills to achieve a clean and tidy surface.

Don't forget to declutter and organize your bathroom cabinets as well. Remove any expired products or items you no longer use. Make sure everything is neatly arranged for easy access.

Tackle the Toilet and Sink

To quickly clean the toilet, start by spraying the bowl with a toilet cleaner. Allow the cleaner to sit for a minute while you move on to other tasks.

While the toilet cleaner does its magic, clean the sink area. Use a disinfecting spray to clean the sink and faucet, and wipe them down with a cloth. Pay special attention to any visible stains or grime.

Return to the toilet and scrub the bowl using a toilet brush. Flush the toilet to rinse away the cleaner and reveal a fresh and clean bowl.

Focus on the Shower or Bathtub

If you have a shower, quickly spray it with a shower cleaner and let it sit for a minute. Use this time to clean the mirror and any other surfaces in your bathroom.

Return to the shower and scrub the walls and floor using a brush or sponge. Rinse thoroughly to remove any residue.

For a bathtub, fill it with warm water and add a tablespoon of dish soap or bathroom cleaner. Let it sit for a few minutes and then use a sponge or cloth to scrub the tub. Drain the water and rinse the tub with clean water.

Finish with the Floors

To clean the bathroom floors quickly, use a broom or vacuum to remove any dirt or debris. Pay extra attention to corners and hard-to-reach areas.

Fill a bucket with warm water and add a small amount of floor cleaner. Use a mop to clean the floors, starting from the farthest corner and working your way towards the door.

Once you've mopped the entire floor, allow it to air-dry or use a clean towel to dry any remaining moisture.
