November TBR: My Ambitious Reading List for the Month

Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell

One of the books on my November TBR is 'Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell'. It's a dry British Pride and Prejudice-style book with a touch of magic. The narrator's humor adds a chuckle-worthy element to the story. I'm enjoying it so far and excited to see how it unfolds.

The Merciful Crows

Another book on my TBR is 'The Merciful Crows'. It's a unique young adult fantasy set in a world where different casts have their own magic and are associated with different birds. The main character belongs to the despised crow cast, who are responsible for handling the dead during a plague. I'm halfway through and loving the fresh world-building and intriguing plot.

The Toll

I'm eagerly anticipating the release of 'The Toll' in November. It's the third book in the series and I've been waiting for it since I finished the second book, 'Thunderhead', over a year ago. The series is set in a dystopian world where humanity has conquered death, but there are still challenges to face. I can't wait to see how the story concludes.

Keeper of the Lost City

I'm excited for the release of 'Keeper of the Lost City' in November. It's a middle-grade series full of adventure, friendship, and mystery. I've loved the previous books in the series and can't wait to see what happens next.

Red Seas Under Red Skies

I'm currently reading 'Red Seas Under Red Skies' and it's my next commute book. It's the second book in the 'Gentleman Bastard' series and I've been enjoying it so far. It's a swashbuckling adventure full of heists and camaraderie. I can't wait to see how the story unfolds.

9th House

Another book on my TBR is '9th House' by Leigh Bardugo. It's an adult book that has been getting a lot of attention. I'm intrigued to see what it's all about and plan to go into it blind. Stay tuned for my thoughts on this highly anticipated release.
