The Power of an Ambitious Reading List

I'm excited to kick off the new year with an ambitious reading list. There's something motivating about setting reading goals and challenging yourself to read more books than ever before. It's a great way to start the year on a positive note and immerse yourself in different worlds and stories.

By creating an ambitious January TBR list, I can prioritize the books I've been meaning to read and make sure I devote enough time to reading each one. It's a way to hold myself accountable and ensure that I'm making progress on my reading goals.

If you're looking for some inspiration to create your own ambitious reading list, keep reading! I'll be sharing the books I've chosen for this January and why I'm excited to read them.

My January TBR List

Now, let's dive into the books on my January TBR list. These are the books that have been on my radar for a while and I'm excited to finally get to them.

1. 'The Great Gatsby' by F. Scott Fitzgerald - This classic novel has been on my TBR for far too long. I've heard amazing things about it and I can't wait to experience the glamour and tragedy of Jay Gatsby's world.

2. 'The Nightingale' by Kristin Hannah - Historical fiction is one of my favorite genres, and I've heard nothing but praise for this book. Set during World War II, it tells the story of two sisters and their experiences during the war.

3. 'Educated' by Tara Westover - This memoir has been receiving rave reviews for its powerful storytelling. It's a story of resilience and the pursuit of education against all odds.

4. 'Circe' by Madeline Miller - Greek mythology has always fascinated me, and 'Circe' explores the story of the witch from 'The Odyssey'. I'm excited to dive into this imaginative retelling.

5. 'The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue' by V.E. Schwab - This book has been generating a lot of buzz, and the premise immediately caught my attention. It follows a young woman who makes a Faustian bargain to live forever but is cursed to be forgotten by everyone she meets.

6. 'Mexican Gothic' by Silvia Moreno-Garcia - I love a good gothic horror novel, and this one promises to deliver. Set in 1950s Mexico, it follows a young woman who uncovers dark secrets in her husband's family home.

These are just a few highlights from my January TBR. I'm looking forward to immersing myself in these captivating stories and discovering new favorite authors.
