Check out my March TBR (To Be Read) list for this month! In this post, I share the books that I'm excited to dive into during March. Spoiler alert: they are all long books!
,,Welcome to my March TBR list! This month, I am challenging myself to tackle some long books. I love immersive reading experiences, and nothing beats getting lost in a thick, compelling book. So let's dive into the books I plan to read in March!
First on my list is 'War and Peace' by Leo Tolstoy. This classic Russian novel is known for its sweeping historical narrative and complex characters. It's a hefty book, but I've heard so many great things about it that I can't wait to finally read it.
Next up is 'The Count of Monte Cristo' by Alexandre Dumas. This adventure-packed tale of revenge is a timeless masterpiece. It's a long book, but I've heard it's incredibly gripping and full of twists and turns.
Another book on my March TBR is 'Les Misérables' by Victor Hugo. This epic novel set in 19th-century France is a must-read for any literature lover. I'm excited to delve into the lives of characters like Jean Valjean and Javert.
Moving on, I have 'Moby-Dick' by Herman Melville on my list. This classic American novel tells the story of Captain Ahab's relentless pursuit of the white whale. It's a symbol-rich book that explores themes of obsession and fate.
Last but not least, I'm planning to read 'Gone with the Wind' by Margaret Mitchell. This sweeping novel set during the American Civil War is a true literary gem. I can't wait to get lost in the story of Scarlett O'Hara and Rhett Butler.
I hope you enjoyed hearing about my March TBR! Let me know in the comments if you've read any of these books or if you have any recommendations for me. Happy reading!
